Data Deletion Instructions

Some businesses use our service to answer their messages. If you wrote to one of them, you can ask that business to delete your data, or ask us directly:

• Email info@ai-revo.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Tell us the name of the business, the app you used (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram), and the phone number or account name you wrote from.
• Do not send passwords or identity documents. We may ask you to confirm the request from that same account.

What we delete: your messages, your name, your phone number or account ID, and any notes about your enquiry, in that business’s records. Billing totals remain, with nothing that identifies you.

When: within 30 days. We confirm it to you and to the business.

Backups: encrypted backups are not edited, and expire within 6 months. If a backup is ever restored, we apply every deletion again before the service resumes.

If you had asked not to be messaged, we keep only a one-way code made from your number or account ID, so that you are never messaged automatically again. The code cannot be turned back into your number.

To stop our access at once, remove AI Revo from the apps connected to your account:

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → AI Revo → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → AI Revo → Remove.
• WhatsApp: in your Meta Business settings, remove AI Revo’s access to your WhatsApp Business Account.

Once you remove our access, we can no longer read or send messages on that account.

To delete what we already hold, email info@ai-revo.com from the email address on our agreement, naming the business and the accounts. Within 30 days we delete the account’s access tokens and IDs and its customers’ data, or return the data to you first if you ask. We keep only the billing records that tax law requires.

Email info@ai-revo.com from the address you used. Within 30 days we delete your enquiry and contact details, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Use the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page to change your choice, or clear this site’s data in your browser. To opt out of Retention.com, visit app.retention.com/optout. Our Privacy Policy lists every tool we use.
